Brenda Zhang

Brenda Zhang is a dedicated Commercial Property Manager with a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. Born in a city located approximately 300km from Beijing, China, Brenda moved to Australia in 2015, seeking new opportunities and a vibrant cultural experience.

Although most of her relatives reside in China, she has cultivated a close bond with her 9-year-old son, which is a central part of her life. Brenda is a native Mandarin speaker and proficient in English, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele. She has a solid educational foundation, graduating with a Master’s degree in China.

Before relocating to Australia, Brenda spent several years as a college teacher, where she honed her communication and organizational skills. Once in Australia, Brenda completed her TAFE studies and obtained her real estate license within a year, all while balancing a full-time job in the industry.

Brenda has extensive property management experience, having previously worked as a Leasing Agent and Property Manager. Throughout her tenure, Brenda has demonstrated exceptional leasing experience, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency with various real estate software platforms, enhancing her capability to manage properties effectively.

At RWC, Brenda brings her extensive skill set, including her ability to communicate in Mandarin and English, ensuring she can cater to a wide range of clients. Her commitment to excellence and passion for the industry is evident in her approach to property management, where she consistently strives to exceed expectations.

In her personal time, Brenda enjoys bushwalking and engaging in cardio workouts at home. She finds relaxation in listening to audiobooks while completing her household tasks, blending her love for storytelling with daily activities.
