With 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, Joy Bianchi has built a career around people, relationships, and helping businesses thrive. Her passion for real estate, combined with her strong operational expertise and approachable leadership style, has seen her successfully lead teams across a variety of management roles throughout her career.

As General Manager at Ray White Commercial Glen Waverley, Joy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the team has the support, systems, and resources they need to provide exceptional service to their clients. She believes that a positive team culture and strong leadership are the foundation of a successful business and takes great pride in helping others grow and succeed.

Joy's real estate journey began in residential sales in 2002, where she developed a genuine appreciation for the industry and the relationships that make it so rewarding. Over the past 24 years, she has held a range of leadership and management positions, gaining extensive experience in operations, business development, and team management across both residential and commercial real estate.

After many successful years in residential real estate, Joy was excited by the opportunity to help Ryan Trickey establish Ray White Commercial Glen Waverley. Being part of the business from its inception was an incredibly rewarding experience, and she is proud to now lead the team as General Manager. Her focus is on supporting the continued growth of the business while ensuring clients receive the high level of service and professionalism the Ray White name is known for.

Joy is known for her calm, approachable nature, her attention to detail, and her genuine commitment to supporting both her team and clients. She enjoys creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their best.

Outside of work, Joy's greatest joy is spending time with her beautiful son, along with family and friends. She believes that building meaningful relationships - both professionally and personally - is one of life's greatest rewards.
