After completing high school four years ago, Mohammad gained experience across several industries, including customer service in a warehouse environment. These roles helped him develop excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while consistently meeting deadlines.

Mohammad's passion for commercial real estate began at a young age. Inspired by his uncle, who owns a hotel in Malaysia, he was fascinated by the sketches, architectural plans, and scale models of new commercial developments that were often shared with the family. Seeing how large commercial projects came together sparked a lasting interest in the planning, design, and development of commercial buildings.

Living in Burwood with his family, Mohammad places great importance on the relationships he has with those closest to him, particularly his twin sister. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the gym, where he pursues powerlifting and continually challenges himself to achieve new personal goals.

Known for his friendly, approachable nature and willingness to help others, Mohammad is dedicated to making every client feel comfortable and supported throughout their property journey.
