Tushar Kumar

Born in India, Tushar moved to Australia in 2004 and has lived in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne for the last 14 years.

Upon completing his Masters in IT at Monash University, Tushar continued to work in the IT industry for a round three and a half years. He has owned and ran his own successful businesses before making a career change into the Real Estate industry in 2013.

Tushar has worked as a commercial property manager since 2015. He joined the Ray White Glen Waverley team in August 2018 bringing with him years of experience and knowledge of the industry. 

With Tushar’s prior commercial property management background, along with a genuine passion for real estate, hard work and perseverance Tushar can reach his goal of helping all clients achieve their real estate plans with a dedicated and positive attitude.

An accomplished CPM with over 5 years of admissible experience. Having managed a diverse portfolio valued over $400M, and with a proven record of improving asset yield through strong analytical ability to detect commercial opportunities, he brings a creative and strategic approach to negotiations. Tushar's success is driven by his ability to influence through effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels. With a perennial passion for Asset Management, he strives for nothing less than excellence.

With exceptional communication skills and being multi lingual in Hindi, Punjabi and English, Tushar is ready and raring to help each client suit their individual needs.

When he isn't at work Tushar loves spending time with his young family, enjoys watching playing cricket, loves cars and travelling.
