With 17+ years of experience, Will has dealt with many different spaces in Real Estate and can add value to any negotiation. He has a track record of closing negotiations that other agents can not.
He is particularly personable, and there isn't a task he won't approach with a can-do attitude. He is strategic in his dealings and organised. This makes sure that every opportunity is exhausted and reviewed.
Will has the ability to make a square fit in a round hole - thinking outside of the box.
This thinking is very important in leasing and sale negotiations as we seek to create an outcome that will work for Landlords and Tenants (Vendors and Purchasers). Without this, a deal will not come together - this is where Will excels.
