STAGE 4 restrictions in Melbourne proved to be no obstacle for Ray White Commercial Glen Waverley as the team successfully sold a Knoxfield warehouse via online auction yesterday.
The 219sq m* asset at 16/10 Henderson Road(above) was marketed and sold by Commercial Sales and Leasing Executive Ben Ainsworth and Commercial Managing Director Ryan Trickey.
Ray White Commercial Glen Waverley Director Andrew Davies calling the auction for 16/10 Henderson Road, Knoxfield, Victoria.
“Given all of the restrictions we have in place this was an excellent result with the standout vacant warehouse/office with container parking selling over reserve,” Mr Ainsworth said.
“We had 30 people online and four registered bidders, with all four actively competing to drive the price all the way up from the opening bid of $420,000, to the sale price of $540,000.”
“I have to pay tribute to the team for adapting so quickly to an ever-changing environment and to the vendor for trusting the auction process no matter the obstacle,” Mr Trickey said.
“It’s a great outcome for both parties and it just shows that following the process and having the right conversations can create excellent results in any market.”
